Clownfish losing color help!!!

I have a clownfish which I've hade for about a year now and he's slowly lost color to where he is almost transparent. He's lethargic and sometimes doesn't come to the top to eat. I've tested my water, and everything is fine. What can I do to help him? Or what's wrong with him? Picture attached.

Please post up all your water readngs, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, salinity, water temp.

What and how often are you feeding this fish, and how long has he been ill? What is the condition of other fish in your tank? Is there aggression going on?
