Clownfish Mouth Problem

Yesterday noticed my clownfish acting weird, it was hiding under it's anenome not really swimming in it or around it. When i saw the fish it's lips were really puffed out like it had collagen put in them and it wasn't closing it's mouth. Then saw it sucking on little nobs of it's anenome (gbta) on the underside. It didn't eat last nite or today at all. This afternoon it was swimming on the other side of the tank from where it always is. Put it in tupperware that we use for aggression and it's not looking so good. Noticed a red spot and little tear on the underside of its jaw. Here are a couple pics, but you can't see the tear it's on the other side. Any ideas or has anyone seen this or heard of this before? (posted this earlier in the clownfish forum and the clownfish has since died). still would like to know if this has been seen before.

Looks like oxygen depletion to me. What are your water parameters for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, ph, sg, and temp? What sized tank is this, how old is it and what do you have for circulation? How long did you have this fish?
