clownfish pairing up

is it normal for a false perucla to start paring up when they first see each other? i have had my false percula by itself in a 24 gallon nano cube and it about 1 1/2 inch and today i got anoter false percula about half an inch. after acclimating i put him in and my big clownfish rushed to it and they started swimming together! is that normal?

It can be, pretty much like having a lone blue/green chromis and then placing another in the tank, all of the sudden they see something they recognize and it can be friendship at a glance. But eventually the dominance rolls will have to be played out.
