Clownfish Pregnant or Sick?

I have a pair of false percs and I noticed today the female (the larger, more aggressive one) had a lump on her belly right below her front lower fins. I wasn’t able to get a pic that was close enough to show it.
My question is, is this how they look when they are pregnant or is this some sort of disease or sickness I should be worried about?

Typicaly a pair about to lay eggs will clean an area to lay on for a day or two befor...the female will swell " slightly " and the ovipositor ( egg tube ) will stick out noticably...now could also be egg bound meaning complications of pregnancy, not much can be done here and often fatal...could be other disease ....or could have just ate a bunch....have they layed eggs befor ?? Got a photo ?
