I am now on my second clownfish....its a true percula so it was a little more pricy...thats besides the point though. since i have gotten the perc it has done nothing but swim in the corner constantly. it has two perfect anenomes, one being a bubble tip the other a sebae that would make a perfect home. my first clown did the same thing and died a few days later. i am worried about this one.....does anyone know why it is doing this and if so any advice...thanks all.

You can rarely tell how a clownfish is doing by behavior. They're kind of freaks. Swimming at the top is semi-normal lol (well, normal as far as clownfish are concerned.)
What are your water perameters? What all do you have in with it, is anything harrassing it?
Percs (false and true) dont typically go to the bubbletip anemones (although some have...just as some will take up residence in mushrooms and frogspawns) but will typically take to H. Crispa (sebae). However, a lot of places won't distinguish between H. Crispa and H. Malu...they just call them both "sebae anemones". In nature, percs don't take to H. Malu.
Or it's possible that you've got a tank raised clown who may never take to an anemone. Or maybe it's just waiting. There are quite a few possibilities...but I will say that I believe false and true percs are the slowest fish to take to an anemone in the aquarium. (IME at least. The fastest being the clarkii lol)
I hope this one makes it :D

Well so far in the tank everything else is doing fine and nothing seems to bother it. i have a scopas tank, scooter bleenie, long nose hawk, arrow crab, coral banded shrimp. the true perc was in the anenome and i bought them both together so i am sure that he will make it home there. thanks for you help...all my reading of amonia, nitrate and nitrite read 0. the conditions are good....i am hoping that he maybe just has to find his place in the tank. thanks for your help and ill let you know how everything is going...
