Just recently i wanted to mate my clownfish. Everything has been going fine. I noticed that my female fish has been taking the Anemone tenacles and putting them in her mouth. Then i noticed that some of the tenacles have like this stickey substances on them.
Is she about to have babies or something?
I not sure what type of Anemone i have it doesnt sting you like most Anemone do. This one is very stickey you can touch it and nothing happens. I havent tried it myself. This is what the pet store told me.
I also wanted to know is there an types of hints that the Clownfish is going to have babies.

I don't know the specifics, but putting the tentacles in her mouth is part of a process to prevent her from getting stung. It's not a sign that they will mate anytime soon.
Many anemones do not sting humans.
Before they mate, the female would grow very fat and the pair would find and clean a nesting area to lay their eggs.
