From the pictures it looks as if my clownfish might have popeye. I just noticed it today on one of the eyes. What can be done about this if anything? I have a pretty aggressive damsel and I have saw him chase the clown could that have caused it?

You should either remove the clown or the damsel. Is the clown new? If the clown needs to be treated, you will need a QT and the treatment will be antibiotics, Maracyn Two for SW fish.
