Clownfish question, please help.

I just ordered some fish from here. When I placed them into the tank I didnt notice any unusual marks on any of the fish. About 4 hours later the clownfish has a bubbly, blister type thing over its eye. Does anyone know what that could be and is there anything I can do about it? Thanks.
