Which is the best Anemone to get for false clowns in a 45 clown fish only with live sand?
Im sorry I have live rock just forgot to mention. All I needed to know is what do you guys think is the best anemone for the false clown

Only LS and no LR? Is your tank new? Without the LR, how do you do the biological filter?

I'm wondering the same thing. LR is your best filtration you can have - it is essential in the breakdown of deadly ammonia to nitrite and nitrates.
