clowns & coral banded shrimp

My clown fish is begining to swim verticaly and loosing its color. And my coral banded shrimp has a pouch whitish in color,and it doesn't look like ich. I have no clue to what is going on and i really don't want to loose either of them.

What are your water readings? How long have you had these animals? How are the other fish and animals in your tank doing? How long have you had your tank setup? Give some details about your tank, and what is in it.

have 55 galllon with 45 lb live rock and argonite sub. Have had these two clowns since December, Tank has been set up for a year now. In addition to the two clowns also have pencil urchin, anemone, sea slug, two coral banded shrimp, and assorted snails. Have tested H2O and all WNL. Am in National Guard and have been away. Mom taking care of tank and salinity level did get up to 32 back down to 26 now. All others in tank seem to be doing, even the other clown and coral banded shrimp. Do have an algea problem, but have ordered squeaky clean reef package and it is going to be in tomorrow. I am still a beginner

because was called up to school shortly after getting called up. Poor mom has been doing the best she can to baby sit. she reports all were doing well and real active untl last week.
