So FINALLY I got 2 clowns that are hosing my LTA.. here is my story (sorry for how long it is)
When I started my tank I just bought one clown and some LR. His name was Nemo (of course.. duhh).
I added more LR and had a small neon goby in the tank that would hang out on the LR and hide in the holes. But he later died for what ever reason. So I had to get Nemo a friend. This is when Marlin enters the picture. When Marlin was first introduced into the tank Nemo was excited and freaking out "OH BOY A FRIEND". After a few months Marlin started to become quite aggressive to our little Nemo buddy. So Nemo was just beat up from time to time. (more fish, corals, BTA, CUC, etc added in between all of this). Well one day I saw on one of my fish.. it had DUN DUN DUN.. ICK. So I decided to QT them all. I got the copper to the right level everything was perfect. But the first to die was the other Neon Goby (new one). Then the next to die was Dory (Chromis). Followed by my favorite.. Nemo
So the only soul survivor was Marlin.
Well after the QT time and the DT having been empty of fish for a month or so, I put Marlin back into the tank. But in the process of the QT my mom and dad fell in love with Marlin (I have the 30g in my room and had the QT in the Kitchen). So.. I finally went out and bought a new clown and named him Scar. I put him in the DT (i know.. I know). Anyways Scar started to host my Feather Duster.
So I was close to have a clown host something in the tank (Nemo and Marlin never hosted). So then I took Scar out of the tank because I saw a visible bite mark on his head (it wasnt from Marlin it was from the store I believe). So I put him in QT, Fresh Dip and Peroxide swab he died the next day.
Sooo.. since my parents loved Marlin I decided to make the QT tank a kitchen tank(replace the QT with ANOTHER tank). So now my tank was empty once again. So I went to the store I got scar at (they gave me Store Credit). I bought some water and looked at some of the fish and saw a tiny clown that was very dark (dark oragne and black). So I asked them to hold it for me while I went to another LFS. So I went to the other LFS and found a clown that was very lively "I want that one.. the one thats moving all over the place". So I bought him, went back to the other store and bought the darker clown. Then took them home and put them in the tank (after acclimation of course). They became buddies REAL quick in their new and unknown home. They continued to swim next to each other forever. Until the next day.. I noticed something... ONE OF THEM WAS IN THE FREAKING LTA!!!! THEN THE OTHER ONE!
So after all this time I go out to a store and get 2 random clowns and they host in a day? LMFAO!!!
So now Darth Nemo (the darker one) wont let Luke into the Anemone. So now i'll just see how this turns out. They jumped into the anemone yesterday and i'm at work now.. so i'll see how this continues.
