clowns in flowerpot

I'm pretty new at this. I have a pair of clowns that adopted a flowerpot. It accepted them, but at night it closes. Is this "relationship" a little unusual?

Clowns are known for accepting different corals as hosts.... nothing wrong there.

Thanks, it will be interesting to see if they move to the bubble that just arrived. It is funny in a way when the clowns have no where to hide when the flowerpot closes.

Mine are hosted by a hammer coral...... they spend the night rubbing against whatever is there after it closes.
