Clowns rubbing against rock and sand

So I have 2 clowns in my 30 gallon tank, I noticed today that they were rubbing up against the sand and the live rock. They only did it a couple of times then went back to swimming as usual. The smaller one would start rubbing itself then the bigger one would come in and do the same thing. I have treated them for ich before, they had a bad case of it when I got them, but I have seen no signs of it again and I've had them for about 3 months now. They have no signs of illness that I can see, no spots, no tail rot, they are eating food like crazy. Just curious if any one on here knew why they were doing that and if it means they are sick, if so what can I do to help them out. Thanks so much!!

How long have you had these fish? Make any new fish additions to the tank recently, or added live rock?

I've had them for about 3 months now. I haven't added any new fish, invertebrates or live rock to the system since I have gotten the clowns.
