Could i use two Oseclleroius Clowns to clycle a 65G with 50 Lbs live sand.

Yes but there are other just as effective ways without putting live fish through the cycle.
Raw shrimp with live sand ( or some live rock ) is a known method to cycle a tank, without harming live creatures, and risking their deaths.
Imagine being lifted up from your home, placed in a strange new room with different surroundings, eating food that is given to you from something above, each day being forced to sit in your own urine and feces - while the air you breathe continues to become more and more toxic, burning at your eyes, skin and lungs, wondering if things will get ever get better. It would have to be stressful.
You may very well live through it for a couple few weeks - but not a very pleasant experience I'm sure.

I agree with broomer, though I did cycle my tank with my sebae clown. Believe me, cycling with live fishes is not fun at all. You'll see them suffer so bad, that it makes you feel really bad. I stressed out, worrying that my fish will die because of me. Well at the end, he survived it, and he's swimming happily just recovered from ich 
. I don't recommend it. Remember, patience is a virtue.

i cycled with 3 damsels and 2 of them died during the cycle. i was a mistake that i would not do again. i do have one left and wish that he werent in there, too territorial. next time i will cycle w/ shrimp.

using fish to cycle severly stresses the fish and there are no guarentees that fish will survive the cycle (most will not), also the ones that do, have the possibility of long term damage to the gills or resportory system. this doesnt happen to all of them but just knowing there is a good chance of this would make me try a fishless cycle.

I cycled my 37 with 3 damsals. One died during the cycle. <img src="graemlins//dead.gif" border="0" alt="[dead]" /> Then we went to a place that told us to use lr. your tank will cycle faster if you use lr. It is mush nicer to use lr then get clowns.Now i have two clowns and a pygmy angel and 3 masked gobies (we gave away the damsals) and they are living happily.
