clown's white stripes turning brown!

I have asked questions about this guy before, with not much response. he is not eating, 2 wks now. thought he had ich, got all ready to move to hsp. tank then white spots all gone all in 24 hrs. now his white stripes are turning brown. other clown and fish are fine. using zoe, and liquid garlic in tank, trying to target feed. any ideas as to whats wrong, is there no hope?

thanks for the advice, I did post there about a week and a half ago, just reaching out again for any advice. symptoms don't seem to match any disease there. Beth did respond but we were unable to figure it out.
anyway there's no need now, I found him dead this morning
