I just received two clownfish three days ago and I have noticed that when I feed them the flakes they just ignore it and dont eat. Is there anything else I should be feeding them, Or could they be sick.
Also How do you distinguish between a male and a female? Also if one dies will the other be ok.

I would try something other than flake. Frozen food would be a much better alternative.
What are your water parameters? pH, kH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, specific gravity, temperature?

Hi I checked my levels and they were fine, My ammonia was 0 nitrite 0, natrate 10 and ph 8.0. I also discovered that one of my clowns died over night. Is it possible that they could be sick? The one that died had 4 white spots on him in Friday then they went away then he got another one but it went away very fast as well. Last night when I went to bed he was not very active and hiding in the corner. If he was sick do I need to treet the water with anything or should I just watch the other one. Please help.
