You need to figure out which species it is first.
"Colored Angler Fish" would refer to about 90% of every species of Angler.
Some stay within a few inches, some max out 5" - 6", while others can max out at 12" - 14".
Anglers are not hearty fish. Some to most do not survive the stress of shipping, while others will eventually starve because they refuse to be weened to frozen foods. They're extremely sensitive to temp, nitrates and copper.
They also demand a species only tank. They'll either eat every other tank mate, or if the fish are bigger than the Angler, they'll outcompete it for food and will often pick and nip at it, until the Angler stresses and dies.
