they aren't directly next to eachother, the top of the colt coral is only a couple inches from the base of the xenia.... just wondering if there would be a chemical reaction between the 2.
I saw your tank in you pic thread and I think its fine. They want sting each other but if the xenia ever can smother a smaller frag of colt it will. Happen to me several times smothers the light. Your colt is much larger than the xenia I think it ok.

under the frugal reefer tab check out the Soft Coral Production tab. I've done this many time with great luck.
Mine drops branches that I let attach on their own to small pebbles in my sand and then just super glue the pebble to a rock but now I have so much I just leave them. You can cut it if you want and glue them or wedge them some where too.
