colt coral

Two more questions about my colt coral. Mine was doing real good, and yesterday he did not open, neither today, is this normal? Second question, has anyone heard of cleaner shrimp damaging colt coral and eating it? I have both so now I am worried.

Kind of hard to tell without a pic, but maybe that shrimp is eating dead flesh or something

I hadn't actually seen it do anything to the coral, I was reading on another web site about the coral and it said that he had heard that cleaner shrimp can split them and eat it, mine does not even look damaged, he just looks like it does when the lights first come on, all closed up.
