I have always been wanting a saltwater tank and now I have my chance. I am trading my old computer to a buddy of mine for his 55 gallon (4ft.long 1ft. wide) tank. It is totally decked out has live rock and sand, a cleaner shrimp, a cleaner crab, an angel fish, and a clownfish. It also has all the necessary tools to run a succesful saltwater tank. I am asking for suggestions for a beginner and suggestions for what else to add to my tank...I would like to add some color and a few more fish. The most important part before any of this is....we have to transport the tank from his place to mine. I think this will probably pose a real problem but i dont know because he has moved a few times since i`ve known him and he still has his tank running. Thanks

I agree, ijji. Research this hobby before you get too deep into it. If you don't, it'll cost you a buttload of money. On the move, I'd advise you to try to keep the live rock and sand damp with tank water. Also, try to move as much of the tank water as possible. Good luck!
