Well very depressing, not one person here knows anything about compacts. Looks like I'll be the first as I was with the ecosystem filter 1.5 years ago. doesn't anyone have input? VERY sad indeed. JEEZE what a total disappointment. Just want light thats all..good light, checking compacts only. I have loads of info on MH and VHO's, but checking compacts now. |Will get what is necessary but for now checking other options. anyone?

I have a 75 gallon and had pcs lighting. Was very good and inexpensive (bulbs much less expensive than metal halides). Well got bored and just bought a dual 250 watt mh lighting system. I have the complete pc set up except for the reflector (660 watt ballast, wiring with end caps, and 4 pc (96 watt bulbs) just laying around.
