i am going to set up a 30 gallon which is going to have a small snowflake eel, and a lionfish in it.
will they get along?

i wouldnt put the lion or the snowflake eel in a 30g. since this is aggresive,you cant have mcuh aggresive fish in such a small tank. If you want aggresive. I would get another tank.

what kind of lion.
what do you have in your tank now ?
is it just going to be those 2 fish ?
what kind of filtration and how much LR,LS etc

if you mean volitans. these guys get HUGE and they can reside in something 50g and up.
