Compatibility question

I'm in the process of setting up a 140 (48x24x30) gallon aquarium. I picked up my skimmer and pump yesterday and my sump should be in next week at which point I will be doing all of the plumbing and getting it ready for it's initial cycle. I plan on putting a Snowflake Eel and a Volitans Lionfish.
1.) Are there any other fish that do well with both of these fish?
2.) Once these fish get bigger are they going to put too much of a bioload on the tank?
3.) Will these fish hurt coral? I really want to put some coral to color up the tank.
4.) Are the 400w Metal Halide lights ok for these fish?
5.) I know these fish eat crustaceans such as crabs and shrimp but are there any cleaner crews that are compatible with them?

there are plenty of fish that do well with these fish such as tangs, groupers, some of the bigger wrasses like harlequins, puffers. cleaning crew wise you should be good with snails, hermits, and urchins except if you decide to get a harlequin tusk. good luck.
