compatibility...tangs/cardinals/peppermint shrimps???

I am about to purchase from SWF and want to know your feelings or experiences with tangs vs. cardinals and peppermint shrimps....because they state the yellow tangs are good in reef or "fish-only" tanks. And singly or groups of 3 or more...what about having 2?
Will Tangs kill off the peppermints?
And Tangs are "bold". Will they do the cardinals in? Cardinals such as flame or pajamas?

Yellow tangs are great additions but can be aggressive towards fish that are added after they are. You don't want to add two, if there is to be multiples it should be an uneven number. What size is your tank? They should not bother peppermints or cardinals. They do need plenty of algae based foods and LR on which to graze.
