Cleaner wrasses have an extremely poor survival rate in captivity. Don't even get one.
If your trigger has ick, I would look at there being a problem in the tank. Did you add a sick fish? Did you stress the fish? Triggers almost never get ick so if it does hae it then there is something wrong with it's environment.

I agree cleaner wrasses have a poor survival rate in aquariums plus triggers very raily ever get ick. But if you are determined to put the wrass in the tank there is a good chance that the trigger is going to make a meal of him.
