I have a Bangaii Cardinal, Tomato clown, yellowtail blue damsel and a Neon goby and no problems. Except for the fact that if they get close enough he will try to get them. I have found that if you put ghost shrimp in the tank and let the cbs catch them it should lower the aggression a little.

Poor Ghost Shrimp LOL. I used them to feed my lobster as well as my Dwarf Lionfish, ,so I generally buy a couple dozen each week... they have a life expectancy of about 1.5 minutes in my tank LOL

Avoid puffers with a cbs. I had a cbs with my lined puffer for about 4 months, all seemed well. Then I woke up one morning to find a gorged puffer and a pair of antennae on the dsb.

I've had my CBS for about 3.5 years in the tank, along with peppermints, cleaner shrimp, fire shrimp, an assortment of all sized fish, starfish -- he leaves everythign alone. He does flare up if anyone gets in his space but I feed him a shrimp pellet now and then and keeps him happy.

My coral banded shares a tank with my fuzzy dwarf lion, maroon clown, engineer goby, and cleaner shrimp. All get along very well!
