Complete 90 gallon reef set-up for sale in chicago

I love this hobby and I have no regrets what so ever but just got done with school and student loans are starting and need money fast. Im lookin to sell a complete 90 gallon set-up everthing that im listing less then a year old.
Equipment
90 gallon tank with golden oak tank and stand
2x250 HQI MH by aqua medic
1/3 hp chiller by artica good for tanks up to 500 gallons
20g wet/dry bio ball sump w/over flow box
2 rio 600 power heads rated at 100 gallons a hr
2 rio 2100 power heads rated at 692 gallons a hr
rio 32hf pump rated at 1920 gallons a hr
protein skimmer by Top Fathom
heater
24 gallon a day R/O unit by Coralife
Agua dose kit
tons of supplements
20g hospital tank with stand,power head, and heater
Live Stock
150 pounds of live rock
100 pounds of live sand
1 metallic fox face
1 gold strip clown
1 six line wrasse
2 green chromis
1 cleaner shrimp
asst. of crabs and snails
1 wild fighting conch
2 peices of frogspawn 2 differnt colors
1 peice of toadspawn
1 LTA that host the clown
1 maxima clam
8-10 orange with green rimmed shrooms on 1 rock
This is a top class set-up nothing half

I always bought the best didnt want to have to buy twice tank. Going to be sad to see it go looking to get 2,250 for everything which i think is fair considering i paid 2000 just for the chiller and lights. Before i start breaking everything down and selling stuff i first need to sell the live rock. I would like to get rid of all the live rock at once pick up only if intrested in pics I will be more then glad to email some pics

Yeah i will for sure part out stuff i have to get rid of all the live stock first but im pick up only i dont like taking risk with shippin just dont trust it and i think the drive from new jersey is alittle far but if im wrong more the glad to sell

1 gold strip clown
1 six line wrasse

1 cleaner shrimp
asst. of crabs and snails
1 wild fighting conch
the LTA that hosts the clown and the clown
the live rock and sand
I am setting up a new tank and it would be good to have livestock that gets along well.
