computer games

what type of things do i need to play computer games. Everytime i try to play a game the game just freezes for a couple seconds then i play gor like 2 seconds and it just keeps doing that over and over. Do i need a better graphics card? more memory?

How old is the computer and what game are you trying to run? It's probably a combination of things. This is a great site for 1. figuring out what kind of system you have and 2. determining if you can run a certain game. http://www.systemrequirementslab.com
