conch slime

just wondering if this is natural for a fighting conch to climb all over my live rock and leave a trail of slime? i got the conchs from the beach, and they were great at cleaning up the sand and stuff, but today i added some love rock and all of a sudden they are going crazy and climbing all over it all and leaveing this trail of stuff,, i am not comlaining cause this is the most i have seen them move since i got them..

Are you sure it's a fighting conch? I have not yet seen mine go to the rocks, usually bury themselves somewhat in the sand and stay there (though I have not added any new LR). Can you get a pic?
