I have a 125 gal fowlr with 2 fish in it midus blenny and a one spot foxface..ive had alot of experience with most other types of sw species but none in the seahorse field as of yet.I have read these are not compatable with foxfaces as they are supposed to be aggressive feeders.. this ones affraid of its own shadow lol.. and doesnt seem to be an aggressive feeder at all.
she hides most of the time if anyone is in the room..
not worried about breeding etc.im just looking for something new in the tank.wanting opponions for experience sh keepers

Honestly? I wouldn't do it.....there are so many cool things you could easily do in that sized tank, and a seahorse would "get lost," so to speak. The foxface may seem like a chicken to you, but to a seahorse he would prolly be a constent source of stress.
That said........well, I've seen weirder combos. If you were absolutely bent on trying this, I would tell you to get a H. erectus. They are large, pretty fast about their food compared to other horses, and strong swimmers....again, compared to other horse sp. You should be prepared to spot feed the horse, and please also be prepared to return the horse if he seems stressed. I still don't think it's a great idea, but I'm just telling you what has the best chance of survival if you do.
If you really want seahorses, I'd much rather recommend you start a new system from scratch. Get a 45 gallon, slap a couple koralias and a good HOB filter and HOB fuge, and you can support 4-6 horses plus tankmates easily!
