do you guys think I can have a condi anemone with my set up?.....25gal w/ dual sattilite pc lights 64x2 watts ( - 5.12 watts per gallon ) ps. will false percs host?

IMO you can't have a condy or any other hosting species of anemones. If you can add another 55 or 65 watt bulb then I'd say you'd be good to go as long as your tank is well established. At least 6 months old with stable water conditions.
Condy anemones aren't natural hosts to clowns because they're from the Atlantic Ocean and clowns are from the Pacific. However, in home aquariums they do often become hosts, but less likely than others. You'd have better chances with an anemone/clown pair with a bubble-tip anemone or long tentacle. Both of those anemones would do fine as long as you do what I mentioned above.
