Light, You could spot feed it once a week if you want. silversides (no bone) shrimp.

LIGHT!!.. and you shouldnt have to feed at all, optional feedings at your discretion and frequency too. If you have sufficient lighting the need to feed decreases and in fact may cause stress to the animal if too much food is given too frequently.
Silversides are fine, bone in or not... anemones are fish eaters, in the wild they dont de-bone their meals. LOL.
Anything raw and of marine nature, clams, shrimp pieces, squid, mysis, etc etc.. no piece larger than their mouth.

I heard that it is hard for them to digest the bones. What exactly happens to the bone after it is eaten?

Bone is organic, and in fish they are hollow, although all of it does not get digested, it does get broken down and what can be used does. What cannot be used gets expelled with anything else the anem cannot use as waste.
