i turned off the pump and few tentacles are detached but they are still moving will become seperate condys

I would be more worried about the release of toxins from the damaged anemone. Do a 10% water change asap and keep an eye on tank inhabitants.
As far as the detached tenticals becoming new anemones, I don't think so. You need a part of the base to split off and create a new creature.
