Conflicts?

I have a Devil's hand and frogspawn coral that have grown very close to one another. Should I be concerned about chemical warfare and their proximity causing issues for my other corals?

if you can move them away from each other, that would be best IMO. better to be safe than have a dead coral i think

Yeah good point... Now I just need to figure out where to put them.

A consideration in placement is that the tentacles on the frogspawn move only with water flow, they cannot move them on their own. So placement in an area where the flow pushes them to a place where there is nothing for about 3 - 5 inches is best.

Its very possible, you run carbon too? I dont have any leathers in my tank at the moment, well by choice anyway, but I want a pink toadstool.
I had a large colt coral that I reciently got rid of, but where I cut it off my LR from and the branch it dropped and the stub it left on a plug I had, I still have 3 sprouts growing in my tank..... sheesh,
. I think these things are just as hard to get rid of as mushrooms.
Hey salty,
Being from RI what fish stores do you frequent? Prob the same ones I do but I am just curious maybe I dont know of one or 2.

I do run carbon, and haven't had any problems yet, however both have grown to the point of crowding each other and I don't want to loose my other corals.
As for Fish Stores, I go to a bunch to piece together what I need.
Critter Hut in North Kingstown for Clowns and special order fish, they get new items every two weeks and are very good with special requests.
Rumford Pet Center in MA, just to look and to purchase inverts. Otherwise the mark up on other items is crazy! ---- Just down the road is a small shop with tons of SPS coral frags, all colors and prices. I can't remember the name right now.
Fin&Feathers in CT, has a great selection of all corals at good prices. Including some rare fish/corals at times.
That's all that I know of, otherwise I try and trade with friends for different frags and the occasional online order, when I can afford it. What stores do you hit?
