confused about live sand

i decided to definitely redo my aquariem with aragonite live sand. now, when i go to order, there's 5 different kinds. they're talking about mm and whether it's a berlin setup. i've never even heard of a berlin setup! what do i need to know about live sand as a substrate for a fish- only tank?

It should be pure sand with no silica. Should be white and sugar grain sized

ok to answer your berlin question. and plz someone correct me if i am incorrect.
berlin type setup refers to the tanks that have alot of live rock. like 1-2 lbs per gallon of tank. this will be the major type of filtering. also a skimmer of some type or air fractionation device will be used. usually the subratate is around an inch in depth.
berlin type of tanks are the most common in the united states
