Considering an upgrade!

Iv been considering upgrading my 55 to a 90 gallon reef ready and doing a 30 gallon sump/fuge... Is it really worth the extra 35 gallons and $$$ for a tank that is the same length and more $$$$ for a new stand????

You'd actually be adding 50 or so gallons depending on the water content of your sump. I went from a 29 gallon to a 70, with a 29 gallon for a sump and I think it was worth the extra 2 grand or so it cost me to move up. A 90 gallon tank would let you keep a tang, is that important to you? If it were me wanting to move up from a 55, I would go with a 120.
