Contacting Members

Hello,
I was just wondering how to contact members here on saltwaterfish.com. I've tried going to a member's profile and clicking on "contact ... ." But, it says that I am not allowed either because I have entered an area limited to administrators or that a moderator has blocked me. Any ideas?
