Converting 75g FO to Reef Tank

I have a 75g pro clear reef ready tank with standard bioball overflow system, rio 2500 pump, 18w uv filter, pro clear skimmer-smaller one and standard flourescent lighting. I have done a lot of reading on fish, aquariums, invertebrates, corals etc but still have some questions. I plan to add pacific live rock and possibly some florida rock.
1) For best flow turnover should I just place extra power heads in the aquarium or buy another wet dry filter which could also be used eventually for refugium
2) a larger skimmer-my aquarium person rcommends a sea clone impact skimmer
3) improved lighting-compact vs halide with moonlights-I currently have a low canopy that I would like to keep but am not wedded to.
Thanks for any input.

Personally for best flow turnover I'd recommend a strong return pump and a spraybar. Or you can just use extra powerheads, but I like to keep equip. to a min.
As long as you use an in sump skimmer you should be ok, just check out all in sump skimmer modles and compare price, performance and value.
Personally I could care less about moonlights, and power compact lights. My preference has always been VHO/MH combo. This may require a larger hood. My hood is custom made with the VHO in a staggard formation. Just remember to keep the MH lights several inches from the water.
