converting fresh to a reef tank

I have a 50 gal saltwater that is a convert from freah and a 30 gallon fresh that I want to convert to a reef tank. What equipment do I need to get started and how do I get started. I am very nervose about starting a reef tank and would like a nice list of what I need to get started. Thanks!!!

I would say start out by getting a good book like the Consientous Marine Aquarist by Fenner and reading this thread.
Read Me
Then start asking questions. There is alot of knowlege here to answer what ever you don't understand.
