my mini reef has been up and running for about 4 months,,,i noticed that copeapods are in abundance now,,especially after the lights go off,,but i also notice other creatures that look simular to tad poles ,,,i also have these things growing on my back glass that look like tiny spiral shaped cylinders,,, they kinda look like tube worms of sorts, but have calcareous tubes......any ideas ??? <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

reeffanatic,
If the little "tadpole" looking things are sort of clear with noticable eyes and are free swimming all over in small groups ... try a search at google.com for mysid shrimp.
The small whitish circular/spiral shaped critters are very common - I've had tons of them before, all over any of the glass surfaces that I do not regularly clean, and you might want to do another search for
polychaete worms from the Family Spirorbidae.
If more of a cylinder shape try searching for foraminiferan
All are excellent indicators .. along with your increase in copepods .. that your water conditions are great !!!

I have tons of those little white things on the side of my tank that I can't clean. They just keep multiplying, pretty cool!
