Copper and LR

Can LR from my copper treated quarentine tank ever be returned to my reef? Could a copper treated clown kill an anemone? Thanx

I would think probably not. If the copper got absorbed into anything on the rock or the rock itself it might cause you some problems.

Hi:
the fish are fine after copper treatment, the LR however i wouldn't take a chance. The rock will leach the absorbed copper for a time, but i couldn't tell you how much, or how often. Me personally, i wouldn't risk it.

you should never put that lr back in your tank ..the clown will be ok and dont think it would kill an anenome because of that
