Does copper mess up the cycle in a tank? im getting prepared to do it and im new at this amd anyone could give me any tips would be great ! Thanks

what are you using copper for? If you use copper you'll kill inverts and live rock etc. Not likely they will ever be able to live in your tank nor will your tank likely ever be able to be reef. That includes snails and crabs btw
