Anyone have troubles with these in reef tanks? Do they leave corals alone? Feather dusters? Hermits and snails?
Thy say they are peaceful and I know they are killer for aptasia.

these are one of those fish that look great but should be left in the ocean. My advice is to stay clear unless you have money to flush down the drain. They are a beautiful fish, I bought one long ago never ate had to return to lfs.

not really. these fish are delicate but if you are careful and QT properly and ween them onto good food then they are fine. as for eating corals, its probably a 80% chance they wont , but you are taking a small risk. Heniochus butterflys are the only other BFs that are often considered reef safe, but still a little chancy. kiss any worms goodbye. feather dusters and coco worms are worms , so they will be eaten.
