i have a question i havent seen on here before.
i had to copper my dt i left the sand and probably 50-60 lbs of lr in the tank .lr so the tangs could hide from my bully achilles.
since i have tore down the tank and tossed the sand ,resiliconed the tank ,now i have the now base rock in a 35 gallon tank with three powerheads and two big bags of carbon .i have been changeing out the water (freshwater)every 3-5 days.
it has been in there for almost a month no copper shows up on the test after 5 days.
do you think i could use this rock in my sump for the system?
i have inverts. i figured i would suck out the copper in a couple months .
i wont use it if obviously it will kill the inverts but i would hate to toss the rock.
