I've got a 24g nano cube deluxe with two 36-watt 50/50 compact fluorescent lamps offering 72 total watts or 3 watts of lighting per gallon. what types of corals and anemones could i add to this and keep them alive successfully

No anemones. As for coral you could keep softies, some LPS and maybe a little sps, not sure on the sps though??

Yup, I believe you would be fine. Take a look at rebelprettyboy and blazin2k6's tanks, they both are running standard pc's. They are able to keep a whole heck of a lot of beautiful coral. Both of them, I am sure, would be happy to help you out as well.
