Coral banded shrimp and Hermit Crabs

Does the Coral banded shrimp attack or eat Hermit Crabs? The only other thing in the 25g tank is a Scooter Blenny would that kill a Hermit Crab? Just saw the leggs of the coral banded shrimp and was wondering if the Coral banded shrimp or Scooter Blenny attacks the Hermit Crabs?

scooter wouldnt attack hermits. a cbs would.
