Coral Banded Shrimp & Cleaner Shrimp

I ordered from SWF.com everything looked great when it got to my house. I acclimated them, and they seemed to be fine but over night they died...

I am sending back to SWF to get my money back. I do not understand why... I have a fire shrimp in my tank that is doing great and my Bulb Anemone and yellow watchman that i also got in the order are happy as a clam...
though when I was acclimating the coral banded shrimp both of his large pincher's fell off.

for what its worth the cbs would have killed the other shrimp anyways

Sounds to me like they were beat up in transit, since its claws fell off. I bought a CBS from SWF and the little SOB is huge and mean.

Maybe. Possibly. My CB and Fire Shrimp have been together for about a year. Added the Cb small and last. He probably did get the arrow crab though.

i've had cb's with many shrimp for a long time. it never bothered them.
