Coral Banded Shrimp

I was not aware that coral banded shrimp shed there exoskeloton. Is this what they mean by molting? It is pretty neat looking. Do I take the skeleton out of the tank, or leave it there?

yep they molt, looks almost like a new shrimp. I usually remove my shrimp sheds.
