Coral Banded shrimp

This morning I woke up and found that a hermit was eating my Coral shrimp... I saw the night before that it appeared as though one of his legs had been bitten off, because he was having trouble getting around the tank... He had just molted about 4 days previously, so I felt like he was in very good health.. So like I said, I saw a hermit eating the shrimp.. Then I came back to the tank 20 minutes later, and the hermit had been eaten out of its shell (I saw a piece of the hermit legs on the sand bed)... I've seen other dead hermits over the past 4 weeks as well.. Who do you think might be the culprit?

i have seen my hermit crabs eating my shrimp

3/4 of the time the hermit is just being blamed for the killing. maybe it was already dying, sick, of w/e... thats usually the case.

I know it's not the hermit crab.. I was thinking it might be the freckled hawkfish??
