i have a coral beauty and he is in the hyposalinity tank, i think his iches are gone, but there are small white egg like thingy, on his fins, and bodys, what are those thing?

ohh, the fish got ick like a week and half ago, and i put them in the hyposalinity about aweek, not including the reducing the salinity. there aren't any salt like stuffs on the fish, just 4 or 5 egg like white thingy on the fins, don't know what it was. The iches drop off just 3 or 4 days after the hyposalinity but after that, those white thingy show up. is like patch, is like egg.
